A very special Kavalan's Solist release, matured in a single Manzilla sherry cask. Manzanilla is similar to Fino sherry, which is produced by the sea but with a lighter texture and a touch of saltiness. Only 488 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at cask strength of 58.6%.

Nose: A complex and multi-layered fruity flavour along with toffee, cocoa. Cider, coastal and lightly salty.

Palate: Balanced body. Slight salty but intense with plenty of sweetness and vanilla.

Finish: Orange, melon, mint are conspicuous with fresh fruit complexity.
